1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the a4444 platform — including the website at https://a4444.vip, any associated mobile-optimised pages, and all games, betting markets, and cashier services available thereon — you ("the Member", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the a4444 platform. a4444 reserves the right to deny access to any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2, or who has previously had an account closed for breach of these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and a4444 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between the parties in connection with the subject matter hereof.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To register and maintain an account on a4444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. a4444 operates a strict 18+ policy across all services without exception. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is illegal and a4444 takes all reasonable measures to prevent it.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on a4444. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the email address, phone number, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited.
• Personal use: You must be acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or on behalf of any third party.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on a4444 or any other gambling platform that you are aware of at the time of registration.
• Compliance with local law: You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing a4444 is lawful in your jurisdiction. a4444 does not warrant that its services are legal in all locations.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of a4444 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

a4444 is required to conduct identity verification ("KYC") on all members prior to processing their first significant withdrawal and at any other time at a4444's reasonable discretion. You agree to provide, upon request, copies of:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of the bKash, Nagad, or bank account bearing your registered name).

Failure to complete KYC within 14 days of request may result in withdrawal suspension. a4444 handles all KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your a4444 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify a4444 support at [email protected] immediately.

a4444 will never contact you to ask for your password. If you receive any communication purporting to be from a4444 requesting your password, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to the support team.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where practicable, less any applicable transfer charges.
• a4444 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed above.
• a4444 reserves the right to request proof of deposit method ownership before crediting bonus funds to an account.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to available limits on that method.
• All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification.
• Any active bonus balance must meet the applicable wagering requirement before the associated funds can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• a4444 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction, which may extend processing times by up to 48 hours.
• Withdrawals requested between 00:00 and 06:00 BST (UTC+6) may experience slightly longer processing times due to lower staffing levels during overnight hours.

5. Bonus and Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits offered by a4444 ("Bonus Funds") are subject to the following general conditions, unless the specific promotional terms for a given offer expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering multiplier") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each offer is stated on the promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack) typically contribute 10%. Crash games (Aviator, JetX) typically contribute 20%. Sports bets must meet a minimum odds requirement of 1.50 per selection. Full contribution rates are listed on the Promotions page.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the stated expiry period (typically 7–30 days from the date of claim) will be forfeited automatically. The expiry date is displayed in your account dashboard.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted stake per bet or spin is ৳500. Bets exceeding this amount during an active bonus may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Withdrawal Restriction: You may not withdraw your deposited funds while a bonus is active unless you first forfeit the bonus from your account settings.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

a4444 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Conduct that constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; coordinating with other members to exploit bonus terms; using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; and exploiting software errors or misquoted odds to generate guaranteed profit. Where bonus abuse is identified, a4444 reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, forfeit the bonus balance, and suspend or close the account.

5.3 Promotional Changes

a4444 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed by a member prior to the change taking effect, except where a4444 can demonstrate that a bonus was claimed in error or as a result of a technical fault.

6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

a4444 is committed to providing a fair and safe environment for all members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held in the account:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one a4444 account, whether under your own name or under any other identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live casino, poker, or sports betting markets.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting software to interact with the a4444 platform in any way not sanctioned by a4444.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting a technical fault, software bug, misquoted odd, or pricing error to generate profit. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or mobile wallet provider in bad faith, including any chargeback relating to a deposit that was validly processed and used for wagering on a4444.
• Money Laundering: Using a4444 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of illegally obtained money. a4444 will report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Impersonation: Registering using another person's identity or providing false identification documents during the KYC process.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use a4444 if you are under 18 years of age.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the a4444 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface designs — is the exclusive property of a4444 or its licensed third-party suppliers (including game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the a4444 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the a4444 platform without express prior written consent from a4444.

The a4444 name, logo, and associated brand assets are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a4444 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The a4444 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

a4444 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond a4444's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, natural disasters, or government-ordered restrictions;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account as a result of your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Losses incurred as a result of gambling, including any alleged failure of random number generation or game outcome calculations;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and banking partners);
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if a4444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In any event, a4444's total aggregate liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your a4444 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by the Member

You may request closure of your a4444 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closing, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

9.2 Suspension or Closure by a4444

a4444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or bonus abuse;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a member's payment provider;
• Any legal, regulatory, or compliance obligation that requires a4444 to do so.

Where an account is closed by a4444 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited. Where closure is for administrative or compliance reasons unrelated to member misconduct, the balance will be returned to the member's registered payment method after verification.

10. Amendments to These Terms

a4444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, a4444 will notify registered members via email to their registered address and/or via an in-platform notification displayed upon next login. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the a4444 platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 9.1.
